If you have purchased an item at mystikus.com, you have 14 days to return your order.
You may do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all its accessories. You can do this in the following ways:

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Return of the complete item, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual, and original packaging in perfect condition;

- You must have contacted the customer service line no later than the tenth day following the day of delivery and have agreed to have it returned by our services by email.
- Return period: Up to the 14th consecutive day, starting from the day of delivery.
