The shipping conditions for our services in Peninsular Spain, Portugal, and the rest of Europe include the following:<\/p>\n

1) Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order or at a collection point depending on the type of shipment selected. We only ship to Europe. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2) The delivery time will be between 1 and 3 business days from the confirmation of the order. 3 to 5 business days for the rest of Europe. In case of delays, the customer will be informed immediately. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3) The shipping cost will be calculated during the order. For purchases over \u20ac35, shipping will be free for Peninsular Spain and Portugal. For other European countries, shipping will be free for purchases over \u20ac65. <\/p>\n

4) The customer is responsible for reviewing the package at the time of delivery and notifying any problem or damage to the carrier and to us within a maximum period of 24 hours.<\/p>\n

5) In the event of the customer’s absence at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that they can pick up the package at the nearest carrier’s office. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to the sender and the order will be canceled. <\/p>\n

6) The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. In case of errors in the address provided, we reserve the right to invoice the additional shipping costs. <\/p>\n

7) If the customer is not satisfied with the product received, they have the right to return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
